Anna Davydova
Anna Davydova was born and received her early dance training in Russia. She studied ballet in a vocational school in Russia from the age of ten years and then in University College of Dance in Cheljabinsk, Russia.
She danced professionally for eight years in a Russian Folk Ballet group "Rainbow". For four years she was also a professional dancer in Swedish Folk Ballet group "Kamea" and performed at many venues including Dansens Hus in Stockholm and for Royal performances.
Whilst living in Sweden she earned a Degree in Dance Teaching from the University College of Dance in Stockholm, Sweden where she studied different dance disciplines and held a position as a Dance Teacher at "Solna Kulturskola" and in "Lilla Akademien" in Stockholm.
Her twelve years of professional work in dance gave her a vast experience in dance teaching and in administrative and organisational work.
Currently she lives and works in in London and holds a diploma in Dance teaching from BBO. She is a proud mother to her young son. Anna enjoys her work a great deal and is very happy to be working in the field of dance. She especially enjoys being able to teach because she feels that she gives the students something beautiful and precious, she sees how they enjoy the classes and that brings her great satisfaction.
I am very honoured to welcome her to the roster for the Wednesday evening classes starting Spring Term 2008!
